Zoey

A credit report
you can actually read.

Zoey reads the report you upload, explains what each part means, and helps you act on anything that looks wrong — with a specialist reviewing the work.

Overview

One place for the whole picture.

Everything Zoey does starts from a document you already own. Nothing is pulled behind your back, and nothing moves without you.

Reports

Read and organised

Accounts, balances, statuses, inquiries and the personal information being reported about you.

Scores

With their provenance

Each score shown with the bureau, the model and the date it came from, so you know what you are looking at.

Goals

Tracked over time

Set the outcome you are working toward and follow it against what your reports actually show.

Documents

Nothing gets lost.

What has been received, what is still needed, and what each document was for. Zoey asks for a document once and tells you why it needs it.

Files go into private storage that is not publicly reachable, and access is limited to the people working your case.

Zoey
Why is this account still showing a balance?
It is reported as an open collection on the report you uploaded. I can show you the entry and what it says — whether it is accurate is the part worth checking against your own records.
Can I dispute it?
You can, if you believe it is inaccurate or incomplete. I will help you prepare it. A specialist reviews it and you sign before anything is sent.
Zoey Chat

Explanations, not verdicts.

Zoey uses artificial intelligence to help explain information and provide general guidance. AI-generated responses may be incomplete or inaccurate, and important financial, credit, legal or dispute decisions should be reviewed using the underlying records and, when appropriate, a qualified professional.

It does not generate an official credit score, and it does not independently mail, sign or approve disputes.

Dispute workflow

You can see every stage.

Each round is visible: what was prepared, what you signed, what a specialist approved and what has been sent. No round disappears into a queue.

Dispute what you genuinely believe is inaccurate, incomplete or unverifiable. Zoey does not manufacture facts, and it will not help you claim fraud that did not happen.

Privacy

Sensitive documents, handled like it.

To verify your identity with a credit bureau, Zoey may ask for a government-issued photo ID, a Social Security card document and proof of address.

Private by default

Documents are stored privately, are not publicly reachable, and cannot be opened from a shareable link.

Scoped to you

Reading your records requires your own session. Requests are scoped to your account, so one person’s file cannot be returned to another.

Deletable, and honest about it

You can delete your account from inside the app at any time. A limited amount of information is kept afterwards where it is needed for security or required by law — the Privacy Policy says exactly what and why.

Current limitations

What is not part of Zoey today.

These are things people expect from a credit product, and Zoey does not do them. If you see them promised elsewhere under our name, it is not us.

Daily credit monitoring.

Automatic live updates from all three bureaus.

A direct Equifax integration.

Disputes mailed automatically by AI, without your signature and a specialist’s approval.

Zoey works from the credit report you give it. It does not pull fresh bureau data on its own. If any of this changes, this section changes with it.

No score increase, deletion, credit approval, funding or timeline is guaranteed.

Credit details shown in Zoey come from the report you provided and may differ from what a lender, creditor or bureau uses. What Zoey asks you for, and what happens to it, is set out in full in the Privacy Policy.
