What can I use today?
The website’s credit guides, sample walkthrough, and self-service dispute-letter worksheet are free to use now. Early access is a waitlist, not immediate app access. Live score access, paid memberships, credit building, rent and utility reporting, and handled mailing are planned.
Will there be a free Zoey plan?
Yes. We are planning a free basic score and one-bureau report view, education, and self-service dispute tools. The bureau, score model, refresh schedule, and usage allowance will be confirmed before enrollment. Handled postage and credit building are paid features.
Is the credit-builder limit money I can spend?
The proposed limit is for a restricted credit-building account. It is not a cash payout or a general-purpose credit card. The final program must explain permitted use, payments, fees, account term, eligibility, and which bureaus receive reporting before you enroll.
Do all paid plans include credit building?
That is the plan: Essential at $9.99/month with a proposed $750 limit, Plus at $19.99 with $2,500, and Complete at $39.99 with $3,500. A larger reported limit does not guarantee a larger score change.
How many scores are included, and how often will they update?
Essential at $9.99/month is planned to include 1 credit score and a one-bureau report view. Plus and Complete are planned to include 3 credit scores, one from each bureau, and three-bureau reports. The bureau used for Essential, data provider, score model, included refresh frequency, and any extra refresh charge will be disclosed before enrollment. Live access does not mean continuous or daily updates. Each view should identify its bureau, model, and date.
Does Zoey send disputes without my approval?
No. The planned flow is to review the report entry, compare supporting records, prepare a factual draft, and get your approval before sending. AI suggestions are not proof of an error. Any human review included at launch will be described explicitly; this site does not promise attorney representation.
What does Complete add beyond Plus?
Complete is planned to add a proposed $3,500 builder limit, eligible rent and utility reporting, and a payment reporting tracker showing verification and reporting status. It also adds a guided monthly progress review, multiple goal plans, and progress exports. Three-score access, organized cases, and the 3-envelope mailing allowance carry over from Plus. These are planned benefits, not services active on this website.
How would rent and utility reporting work?
Rent and utility reporting are proposed benefits within Complete’s $39.99 monthly membership. Only eligible payments could be reported after your consent and verification. Supported bills, payment methods, reporting bureaus, timing, and cancellation rules will be confirmed before enrollment. Viewing three credit scores does not mean rent or utilities are reported to all three bureaus. Past-payment reporting is not included in the current proposal. No score improvement is guaranteed.
What does mailing include?
Proposed Plus and Complete allowance: 3 standard U.S. envelopes each membership month, up to 5 black-and-white printed pages per envelope, including attachments. Each recipient uses one envelope: sending once to all three bureaus uses all 3. No rollover. Certified mail, return receipts, international mail, and extra pages or envelopes are not included. Any optional extra would require a disclosed price and your approval. Provider-caused printing errors would be resent without using your allowance; address changes and new submissions would use an envelope.
Can I cancel or change plans?
There is nothing to cancel or pay for on the early-access list. For a future paid membership, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and plan-change terms will be shown before purchase. Closing a builder account is a separate action from canceling a Zoey membership, and any account obligations must be explained.
Which devices and languages are supported?
This website works on mobile and desktop in English. Invitations will explain supported app devices and installation steps. We are not advertising a public iOS or Android release, or Spanish app support, before those are ready.
Will my score go up?
No score increase, deletion, financing approval, or timeline is guaranteed. Payment history, account details, the scoring model, and other changes to your credit file all matter. Review important decisions against the underlying records.
